A: Wrong disk.
1. This error occurs when the program cannot see the disk.
2. Verify the cd drive letter is correct in the REG.ini.
3. Clean the disk.
4. Try the disk in another drive, if they have one.

A: Restart the computer and run setup again.

A: Go to display properties then go to settings then change the color quality to at least 32bit

A: First,make sure you are using REG/ACE DVD. If so, then go ahead and click the browse button available on the message window and locate the D:\ACE folder on the disk, where D: represents the drive letter of the DVD player. Click Open once you have selected it.

A: Right click on C:\Program Files\ASI folder, go to Properties, Security tab, Permissions button, add Everyone and give the user Full Control.

A: Have user log in as admin, or have write access to ASI\ESPSCR.drv. Create an ASI folder in the Program Files folder and grant write access. If necessary copy ESPSCR.DRV file from another source.

A: Disable Norton. Simply disabling from the system tray is not good enough. Shutdown from Norton options or in 98/ME/XP you can run MSConfig to clear out Auto-protect. Restart. If unsuccessful reinstall Arial/Courier 10, 12, 15.
