- Experience AIA Web - Getting Started - This webinar starts with the fundamentals. Logging into www.ExperienceAIAWeb.com, searching and using the filters to find just the right products and how to start a presentation.
- Experience AIA Web - Presentations - During this webinar, we will start by reviewing the advanced search. Then we will demonstrate Presentations - how to add products, update data and customize the layout to create and share a dynamic customer presentation. We will close by showing you how to publish a link to your website to enable your customers to visit, browse and shop the presentation via your site.
- Experience AIA - Websites - During this webinar, learn more about your Experience A!A Website, from your customers point of view. We will review the content, searching, order placing and order retrieval. This session closes with a review of customer data and orders from your site in the CRM and Orders platform.
- Experience AIA Web - CRM - NEW! This comprehensive review of your customer relationship manager will review how your data has been migrated, how to add new companies and contacts, how to assign different roles to the people you do business with and the fields which are required for order entry.
- Experience AIA Web - Order Entry - NEW! Entering an order in the Experience AIA Platform includes learning how to a hard good order, an apparel order and entering a product or service from scratch.
