No purchased required. Void where prohibited by law. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Winner must be an ASI member in good standing at the time the prize is awarded. Chances of winning depend upon the number of ASI members who participate in the contest.
 
 
Winner is responsible for all other costs of winning, including, but not limited to, applicable taxes. To be eligible to win, you must be an ASI member and submit a story stating how your ASI number has helped you grow your business, increased your profits or saved you money using ASI member benefits. Your story must be submitted by e-mail and received by close of business (5:00 PM EST) on November 30, 2007. You may submit multiple stories to increase your chances of winning. Twelve (12) winners will be selected from the entries submitted. One prize per company. Each winner will receive one (1) year of basic membership valued at $499 and a $250 American Express gift card. Winners will be selected randomly from qualifying participants. A 1099 Form will be filed with the IRS with a copy to the winners. By submitting a story, you agree that ASI may use your name and story in its marketing and promotional efforts without further consideration given to you, even if you do not win the contest. Contest winners agree that ASI may use the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winner will be posted on ASICentral.com.
