ESPWeb: Rating a Supplier

You can rate a supplier from the Product Search or from the Supplier Search. To rate a supplier from a product search; search for the product and click on the Supplier's ASI number to get the Supplier Quick View.

Click on the "Rate This Supplier" button in the Supplier Quick View

In the Detail View, the Supplier's rating will be available on the right. Click on the stars to view more rating information.

In the Performance Rating area, you can click on the Rate This Supplier link.

Another way to rate a supplier is by using the Supplier Advanced Search to locate the vendor. After searching for the supplier, you will be brought to the supplier summary view where there is a "Rate This Supplier" button. You can just click on the button and start rating!

The rating system ranges from 1 star for very poor to five stars for excellent. If a category does not apply, there is the not applicable option.

By just using the numbers, you will remain anonymous. However, if you choose to type comments, then your information will be given to the supplier so that they can write an accurate response.

After seven business days, whether the supplier has responded or not, your comments will be posted in ESP.
