Getting Started:
We will start with the fundamentals, such as logging in, searching, and how to manage product search results.
Presentations:
In this session, we will create a completely customized presentation, save it as a template, and send it to our customer.
ESP Websites
Basic:
Focus is on building a site, branding it through template selection and logo upload, managing the display settings - site info, display options, domains, exclusions, reviewing the eCommerce section, and the ordering process.
Advanced:
Focus is on customizing the site using product collections, product of the day, and saved searches, as well as covers creating and applying a custom navigation menu and analyzing site traffic using Google Analytics.
Company Stores:
This section will focus on how to create and customize your customer's company store.
Custom Products:
This session will demonstrate how to create custom products for use on your ESP Websites and Company Stores.
Banners:
This session will demonstrate how to change the banner graphic using both photos provided by ASI, as well as how to upload your own custom images. Please note that the information covered in this session will not apply to custom sites.
CRM
We will start with accessing the CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) and then add a new company and contact. We will also demonstrate how to import, as well as use the tasks and appointments.
ESP Orders
In this training, we will create an order in ESP! We will demonstrate how to edit the product information, pricing, and the sending options.
Email Marketing:
Learn about creating email campaigns using email marketing.
Admin Trainings
Preferred Supplier Admin:
Learn how to create and apply a list of favorite suppliers in ESP Web and on ESP Websites.
ESP Admin:
Review how to set defaults and use the control option available for ESP.
